Payyanur Khadi Centre is a government-recognized A+ category Khadi institution under the Kerala Khadi & Village Industries Board. We specialize in producing and delivering authentic Khadi fabrics and garments, including traditional wear and modern organic cotton apparel, while supporting rural artisans and promoting sustainable fashion.

2. Account Registration

To place orders or access certain features:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Misuse or impersonation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

3. Order & Fulfillment Policy

  • Orders placed via Payyanur Khadi Centre are subject to availability and production timelines, which may vary based on product type (traditional or customized).

  • Advance payment (as specified on the product page) is required to confirm your order.

  • Remaining payment must be settled before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in case of production issues, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Customization Terms

  • Customized orders (such as specific size, color, or fabric requests) are accepted upon prior confirmation.

  • Customers must review and approve the final design or customization details before production.

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of Khadi.

  • No returns or refunds on customized products unless defective.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment modes accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, and other approved gateways.

  • We ensure secure payment processing but are not liable for external payment failures.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free delivery is applicable on select items within Kerala.

  • Out-of-Kerala delivery may incur additional charges.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, natural calamities, or holidays.

  • Tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.

7. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect dispatch

Conditions:

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Replacements will be processed after inspection and approval by our quality team.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, brand visuals, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Payyanur Khadi Centre or its verified partners.

  • Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-party Vendors
