Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping

We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

• Standard delivery time is 4–10 business days from order confirmation.

• Customized or made-to-order products may take 10–20 business days, depending on the complexity.

• Shipping within Kerala is free for all prepaid orders.

• Shipping outside Kerala is charged at a flat rate of ₹100.

Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp or email. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size, design, or item)

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Provide your order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

If the return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, based on product availability. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized items (including name-printed or personalized designs)

• Color or print variation caused by screen display differences

• Orders placed with incorrect size selection

• Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

• Change of mind after the order is confirmed
  
  

  Cancellations

  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellation is not possible if the production or dispatch process has already begun.
