Thank you for shopping with Payyanur Khadi Centre. This policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, and delivery terms. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
Within Kerala: All districts via trusted courier partners or India Post.
Rest of India: Serviceable pin codes as per our logistics partners.
International Shipping: Currently not available.
In-stock items: Dispatched within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Customized or Made-to-order items: Production may take 7–21 business days before dispatch (you will be informed during order confirmation).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Within Kerala: 2–5 business days
Rest of India: 4–10 business days
Note: Timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, strikes, or holidays.
Kerala: Free shipping on select items; otherwise a standard charge (typically ₹100) may apply unless waived by promotions.
Rest of India: Charges displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to reflect on the courier’s portal.
Before dispatch: Contact us immediately to request address updates.
After dispatch: Address changes usually cannot be made. You may contact the courier directly.
Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If undelivered and returned to us (RTO), we can reship after confirmation. Additional charges may apply.
If your shipment is delayed, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it quickly.
If the parcel is tampered or damaged, please:
Take photos and an unboxing video, and
Report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Verified cases of damage or incorrect dispatch will be handled as per our Returns & Replacement Policy.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal, we can reship after reconfirmation (extra charges may apply).
Refunds (if approved for non-customized items) will exclude initial shipping costs. Customized items are non-refundable unless defective.
Processing and delivery may be delayed on Sundays, public holidays, or during uncontrollable events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
